About the Course

PPL10 – Healthy Living is a vibrant and interactive course that empowers students to take ownership of their overall well-being through physical activity, personal health education, and character development. Grounded in the principles of active living and holistic wellness, this course helps students understand the critical connections between physical fitness, mental health, nutrition, sleep, and emotional resilience.

Students engage in a wide variety of movement-based activities—ranging from individual fitness challenges to team sports—that promote cardiovascular health, strength, endurance, and coordination. Beyond physical performance, the course also delves into essential life skills such as stress management, leadership, healthy decision-making, and goal setting.

A major focus of PPL10 is helping students adopt lifelong habits that support physical and emotional well-being. Through collaborative learning, team-building exercises, and leadership opportunities, students build confidence in their ability to contribute positively to group dynamics and support the health and success of those around them.
